D&JWTS Masterclasses

Once again Saddleworld is proud to present the Dressage and Jumping Masterclasses as part of Dressage and Jumping with the Stars 2016. 

The event is scheduled to take place at the Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre from the 17th – 19th March 2016.

As part of this glittering showcase event, the guest riding judges of the Young Dressage Horse and Young Jumping Horse classes will conduct an educational Masterclass, and you are invited to take in the demonstrations and discussions about their training methods and strategies for success.  The clinicians will be working with selected Australian riders in all stages of training.

The previous Saddleworld Masterclasses at D & J WTS have guided Australian riders and helped them to step up and meet the exacting standards of the world platform.

Saddleworld Dressage Masterclass with Matthias Alexander Rath from Germany. Timetabled for Saturday 19th March in Indoor Arena 1.

Matthias has represented Germany on numerous occasions at World Equestrian Games and European Championships.  On a daily basis, Matthias trains dressage horses with his father Klaus Martin Rath at Schafhof which is home to a total of 48 horses.

Matthias has been involved with horses his entire life and is part of a very successful family of international riders.

Saddleworld Jumping Masterclass with Jody Sloper from Canada. Timetabled for Saturday 19th March in Indoor Arena 1.

In 2016 the event organisers are pleased to welcome respected Canadian coach Jody Sloper who will be the jumping guest star.
A former physical education teacher Jody is respected worldwide as an elite level instructor and mentor to young coaches.

For more than 40 years she has trained students from beginner to advanced in dressage, eventing, hunters and jumping and many of her students have been victorious at the highest level of equestrian competition.
