Django of Cacharel will represent Australia in New Zealand

Australia’s favourite Friesian is headed for New Zealand - fortunately, not for good and will return home as a proven “international” dressage star, no doubt with new fans and a following for this most beautiful ancient Dutch breed.

Django will be representing Australia in the Hastings CDI, held as part of the spectacular Horse of The Year Show, in Hastings, March 2015.

His rider Jeremy Janjic and owners Lyn and Dick Jenkin (from Tashkent Friesians) responded to an invitation from New Zealand to Australia for 4 riders to take part I the CDI3* and 4 riders to be part of the CDIY competition.

Django’s connections decided it was a great opportunity to further their experience and the talented Grand Prix combination are looking forward to being part of this much acclaimed equestrian spectacular.

Jeremy and Django have won many hearts as they step in and play Santa at the pre-Christmas, Saddleworld Dressage Festival whenever they are at Werribee Park, competing at this event.

Saddleworld, our stores, customers and friends wish Django of Cacharel and Jeremy Janjic a fantastic trip to New Zealand.
